For a hot beverage: Add 1 serving (1 scoop) to 8 oz. of hot coffee or your favorite hot beverage and mix vigorously with a spoon for at least 30 seconds or until dissolved. For a cold beverage: Add 1 serving (1 scoop) to 8 oz. of cold water with ice and mix vigorously with a spoon for at least 30 seconds or until dissolved.
